All 1920 convertible jackets except our Puffer Lite are a patented jacket that gives you two different jacket styles, a tote, and a pillow, and in some
cases, a blanket.
Our Puffer Lite offers the convertibility through the hood turning into a crossbody bag!
Our jackets fit naturally oversized. If you're looking for that oversized look, make sure you order your regular size.
You don't need to size up.

All orders will ship out within one to two business days of them being ordered. The estimated delivery time is dependent upon where you live, but on average, it takes 3 to 5 business days.
Yes, we do allow you to pay for expedited shipping. Simply reach out to us at customercare@heynineteentwenty.com immediately after ordering and let us know that you would like that option, and we will send you a direct link to pay for expedited shipping.
Yes, we do accept returns and exchanges per our refund and return policy which can be viewed here.
In order to return an item within the allotted time period, the item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags and no signs of wear.
Once the allotted amount of days has been exceeded, we will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges.
If you meet the criteria for a return listed here, please contact us directly at customercare@heynineteentwenty.com with your order number and reason for the return/exchange and we will send you a prepaid label that you can use to ship the jacket back to us.
As long as the jacket is dropped off at the post office within 14 days of the date it is delivered to you, we will issue a refund/exchange upon receiving the jacket and verifying it's condition.
When items sell out, we are not exactly sure when or if that specific color and style will be placed back in stock.
It is best if you see an item you are interested in, that you purchase it as soon as possible as it is not guaranteed to come back into stock.
